We are for a leading company located in Alexandria:#Senior legal counselJob Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice in corporate and investment matters.- Handle direct dealings with various government entities and finalize legal procedures.- Follow up on matters with the Investment Authority and all relevant entities.- Draft and review corporate contracts and legal agreements.- Represent the company before official and judicial authorities.- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing corporate operations.
