will serve as the operational anchor for international trade and multimodal supply chains.

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end import/export shipments, ensuring strict adherence to global regulatory frameworks, and proactively navigating customs clearance infrastructures.

The ideal candidate blends deep technical logistics expertise with the tactical agility required to mitigate supply chain disruptions, optimize landed costs, and maintain seamless operational continuity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end import/export documentation using platforms like Nafeza to secure and verify mandatory ACID / UCR numbers.Attend port customs zones directly to interface with officials, resolve discrepancies, and accelerate cargo release.Oversee physical warehouse and port loading processes to verify container seals, counts, and equipment configurations.Ensure strict handling and compliance of chemical cargo in full alignment with IMDG and MSDS protocols.Coordinate operations across both standard dry and temperature-controlled reefer containers, maintaining strict monitoring of cargo requirements.Track transit milestones aggressively to minimize operational risks, port demurrage, and container detention fees.Maintain accurate tracking databases to ensure seamless operational handovers during internal department transitions.Aware and engaged in the coordination between the clients and the supplier during the Logistics LoopAware of container fill aspectsBenefits:Medical Care.Financial support for children's school expenses, for courses and workshops.Financial incentives during Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Ramadan.Social security

Bachelor Degree4–7 years of specialized experiencemales onlycomprehensive knowledge of regional customs compliance (like Nafeza/ACID), multimodal shipping routing, Incoterms 2020, ERP systems, container tracking portals, and supply chain cost controlPreferably have experience in shipping reefers along with dry cargo.The candidate needs to have physical mobility and stamina to handle harsh warehouse environments while inspecting chemical container cargo, seals, and specialized valve configurations.

Additionally, they must possess the precise hand-eye coordination to quickly examine, verify, and physically cross-reference printed customs paperwork against container markings directly in front of customs authorities.Some certificates that may be included in a CV would add weight, such as IATA, FIATA, and CLTD.They prefer to have previous experience working in exporting & importing companies to be familiar with dealing with clients and suppliers.
