Role SummaryThe Senior Marketing Supervisor acts as the operational engine and brand guardian for the marketing department.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and tactical execution, directly supervising a multi-disciplinary creative and logistics team (including Graphic Design, Video Production, Content Creation, PR and Event Coordination).
Your primary focus is optimizing workflow efficiency, maintaining strict brand consistency, and ensuring multi-channel marketing campaigns and physical events are delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.Job Requirements

Experience & Education3–5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a fast-paced creative agency environment.Proven experience in a supervisory, team-lead, or traffic management role overseeing creative professionals.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (CIM or equivalent professional diplomas are a strong plus).

Technical & Core SkillsProject Management Tools: Advanced proficiency with workflow platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) to manage complex content calendars and event timelines.Creative Literacy: A sharp eye for design aesthetics, storytelling, and video pacing, allowing you to review, critique, and elevate the team's visual and textual output.Data Literacy: Solid understanding of tracking metrics (social media insights, campaign reach, event ROI) to turn performance data into actionable creative adjustments.
