Senior Mechanical Engineer (Power)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance professional to lead and manage the maintenance team within an industrial production environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency across all plant machinery.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial maintenance, preventive systems, and breakdown analysis within manufacturing or production facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operationsPlan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedulesEnsure maximum uptime and reliability of production machinery and equipmentSupervise maintenance activities for hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAnalyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA)Prepare and review maintenance reports, KPIs, and technical documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulationsCoordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptionsManage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectivelyDevelop and continuously improve maintenance strategies, systems, and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power).

Minimum 10-7 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry (gold/metal processing is a plus).

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

Familiarity with maintenance software (CMMS).

• Good command of English (technical writing and reporting).
