Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical works at residential projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and full compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all mechanical site activities for residential projects.Oversee the execution of Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project disciplines to resolve technical and execution issues.Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Prepare, review, and follow up on shop drawings and technical submissions.Review and produce AutoCAD drawings and technical revisions when required.Prepare and follow up on interim payment certificates (IPCs) and project progress reports.Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.Lead the site engineering team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.7+ years of experience in mechanical construction projects.Previous experience managing residential projects is a must.Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.Solid experience in site execution and technical management.Good knowledge of payment certificates, technical submissions, inspections, and handover procedures.Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare and review shop drawings.Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and project stakeholders.Ability to solve technical and execution challenges efficiently.Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.BenefitsCompetitive Salary.Social Insurance.Medical Insurance.Career Growth Opportunities.Professional Working Environment.
