- Lead Technical Documentation:Prepare, review, and finalize technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for various mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Design Coordination & Optimization:Collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical discrepancies, optimize designs for constructability, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Quantity Surveying & Cost Control:Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), prepare cost estimations, and assist in tender evaluations for mechanical components and systems.
- Software Proficiency:Utilize advanced software likeAutoCADandRevit MEPto produce detailed drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and integration with other disciplines.
- Technical Support:Provide expert technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all technical office deliverables.
- Project Reporting:Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for project stakeholders.
