Senior Mechanical Technical office Engineer

Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for MEP systems, utilising CAD software and other design tools to communicate design intent and facilitate construction.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs, resolve design conflicts, and optimize space utilisation.Conduct performance evaluations, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering, participating in professional development activities and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, addressing technical queries, facilitating approvals, and ensuring successful project execution from conception to completion.
