Senior MS Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our growing digital transformation practice.

You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform across multiple client engagements.

You will own the full development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture through UAT, deployment, and handover — while working closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.What you will doDesign and develop Canvas and Model-driven applications using Power Apps to meet complex client requirementsBuild and maintain external-facing portals and web experiences using Power PagesArchitect automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop RPA)Design and manage Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, forms, views, and role-based securityLead UAT planning and execution, coordinate with client stakeholders, and manage issue resolutionHandle deployments across development, staging, and production environments using ALM pipelines and solution packagesProduce technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and handover materialsSupport pre-sales activities including effort estimation and solution design for proposals

Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)Strong Dataverse expertise: data modelling, business rules, calculated columns, and security rolesSolid understanding of relational database concepts and how they map to DataverseProven experience managing UAT cycles and working directly with end users and clientsExperience with solution-based deployment, managed/unmanaged solutions, and environment managementFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Power Platform connectorsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong written and spoken English;

Arabic is a plusNice to haveMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience in the Gulf regionFamiliarity with Power BI for embedded reporting within Power Apps
