Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across multiple HCM modules and experience managing full lifecycle implementations while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.Support full lifecycle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Lead system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support.Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process flows.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:4+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM solutions.Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
