Senior Planning Engineer

Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer (Civil)Location: Project-Based (Relocation Required)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer (Civil) with 10+ years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely project delivery, and supporting project management teams with planning and reporting activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P

Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and resource-loaded schedules.

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.

Analyze critical paths and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Track productivity, earned value, and project performance indicators.

Support claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) submissions.

Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for civil construction projects.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in infrastructure, marine works, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Willingness and readiness to relocate based on project requirements.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with project controls, cost control, and claims management.

Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
