Senior Plastic Injection Engineer

A leading Company in the field of Home Appliance located at Obour City is looking for Plastic Injection EngineerOversee and optimize daily production and injection molding processes for all plastic components.Lead process improvement initiatives to boost production line efficiency, maximize capacity utilization, and reduce scrap/waste materials.Collaborate closely with Quality Control to maintain strict compliance with electrical appliance standards, and coordinate with Maintenance to ensure minimum machinery downtime.Monitor raw material utilization (such as ABS, PP, PC, etc.) and ensure seamless integration with subsequent assembly or production phases.Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians and operators on safe operating procedures and quality benchmarks.Prepare and submit operational performance and efficiency reports to Factory Manager.

Bachelor Engineering Degree.5+ years of solid, hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding, preferably within the Home Appliances, Electronics, or Electrical Manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of injection mold designs, cooling parameters, and handling various engineering plastics (ABS, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, etc.).Proven capability in managing production technicians and handling shop-floor operations under pressure.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
