Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve production processes across glass manufacturing linesIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase output qualityTroubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and provide fast, effective resolutionsDevelop and update SOPs, process parameters, and production standardsCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth operationsTrack and report on key production KPIs and performance metricsLead and contribute to Continuous Improvement and cost-reduction projects

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering3–7 years of experience in an industrial production environmentStrong background in both Process Engineering and Production OperationsFamiliarity with automation systems (PLC / SCADA) is a plusAbility to work under pressure and manage priorities effectivelyStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
