Senior Procurement Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market scouting and strategic sourcing to identify, assess, and validate competitive suppliers.Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and long-term contract agreements.Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, monitor stock levels, and manage supply risks.Maintain strong cross-functional communication while overseeing supplier performance, purchasing conditions, and vendor ratings.Prepare accurate analyses and procurement reports, and follow up on all operational procurement actions.

3-6 years of experience in Similar Procurement, Buying, role is a MUST.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce (MBA is an advantage).Alexandria Residency is a MUST.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is a MUST.Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines with accurate and well-structured work.Familiar with SAP-EBP System is PLUS.Ability to delivery & prepare accurate and organized reports.
