Promote and sell the assigned medical devices portfolio to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and key accounts.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth within the designated territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for customers.Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, installations, and procedures when required.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and support contract negotiations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.Collaborate with marketing, application specialists, service engineers, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.Attend conferences, workshops, and scientific events to promote the company's products and strengthen market presence.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare industry regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in medical devices sales.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the healthcare market and hospital purchasing processes.Experience managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
