Lead proposal preparation (technical & commercial)

Analyze RFQs and tender documents Prepare BOQs and cost estimates Coordinate with procurement and vendors Participate in clarifications and negotiations Improve proposal templates

Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies Experience in EPC projects is required Strong cost estimation skills Excellent English writing skills Additional Requirements: Experience in full EPC proposals is mandatory Candidates may be required to complete a technical case study
