Senior Prosthetic Designer (EXOCAD)

We are hiring Dental CAD Designers specialized in either Implants or Crown & Bridge, with strong experience using Exocad.

Design screw-retained & cement-retained crownsDesign dental restorations including implants, crowns, and bridges using Exocad CAD software.Collaborate closely with dental technicians, clinicians, and production teams to ensure precise and functional designs.Custom abutments, Ti-bases, hybrid restorations, implant bridgesReview and revise CAD models based on feedback from clinicians and production staff.Control emergence profile, angulation, and screw channelsCrown & Bridge CAD DesignerDesign single crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays & onlaysMargin detection, occlusion, and contact optimizationEsthetic and functional restorationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and product quality.Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental CAD/CAM technology and best practices.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dental CAD design, specifically with Exocad software.Strong hands-on experience with ExocadStrong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.Ability to interpret digital impressions and 3D scan data accurately.Ability to work with STL files and digital prescriptionsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.Familiarity with CE, FDA, and ISO13485 compliance requirements for dental devices.Strong organizational and documentation abilities.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
