Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up careManage complex mental health cases and oversee treatment plansPrescribe medications and monitor patient progress, response, and potential side effectsProvide clinical supervision and guidance to junior mental health professionalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient careMaintain accurate, complete, and confidential medical records in compliance with ethical and legal standardsParticipate in training programs, awareness sessions, and community outreach activities when required

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in PsychiatryMaster’s degree or advanced training in a psychiatric subspecialty is a must5–7+ years of clinical psychiatry experienceProven expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, and related conditionsExperience supervising clinical teams or traineesStrong diagnostic and evidence-based treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and patient relationship-building abilitiesLeadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teamsCultural awareness, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with diverse populationsFluent English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusAdaptability to dynamic healthcare environmentsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
