Senior Psychiatry.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders.Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans (including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy).Prescribe medications and track patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.Manage complex mental health cases and provide crisis intervention when required.Supervise and mentor junior mental health staff (e.g., residents, nurses, social workers).Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, therapists, primary care providers) for holistic patient care.Participate in case conferences and clinical reviews.Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with legal/ethical standards.Contribute to policy development and quality improvement initiatives.Stay updated on latest psychiatric research and best practices.Lead or participate in mental health awareness programs and community outreach.Conduct training sessions for staff or external stakeholders.
