Senior Quality Engineer - Welding

Prepare and update inspection and sampling plans for receiving and in-process control.Manage the receiving inspection processes and the supplier improvement program.Follow up the implementation of the calibration of measurement equipment plan.Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures .Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.Document Control for QHSE documentation system.Manage and follow up the non-conformists related with the quality of products and / or processes.Manage and follow up the customers’ complaints and ensures that the necessary corrective actions were taken.Plan and conduct internal auditing program for the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:

2018. BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer , Welding Engineer or similar role4-7 Years’ experience (Must be in metal industry) with CWB Certificate.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologiesIn-depth understanding of technical documentationFamiliarity with statistical analysisGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAdditional certification in Quality Assurance is a plusV.

Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel – access)
