Senior Recruitment Consultant - WUZZUF

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who owns delivery end-to-end, from understanding what a hiring manager or client actually needs, to putting the right candidate in front of them at the right time.

You'll work across two tracks: internal hiring for's business unit and agency-model recruitment for external client companies.

The role demands strong relationship management, sharp judgment on candidate quality, and the ability to juggle multiple pipelines without losing momentum.

4+ years of experience in recruitment, agency, RPO, or in-house with external hiring exposure.Fluent in English, written and verbal.Proven ability to manage multiple open roles across different functions and seniority levels simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating both internal hiring managers and external client relationships.Sharp candidate assessment and briefing skills.Target-driven with a track record of consistent delivery.Hands-on with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.Nice to HaveAgency recruitment background.Experience in tech, marketplace, or startup environments.Familiarity with the Egyptian and MENA talent market.
