Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionExperience in White collar & blue collar and Managerial level positions Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyKnowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment toolsHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality
