Title: Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer (Mobile Equipment)Location: Alexandria Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for mobile equipment
- Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
- Analyze failure data using root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability tools
- Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and maintenance cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and lifecycle
- Oversee CMMS implementation, data accuracy, and reporting
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s is a plus)
- 8–12 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, preferably in heavy/mobile equipment (construction or similar industries)
- Strong expertise in reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, RCA, FMEA)
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM)
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
