Job purposeThe Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenue.

The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing key accounts, leading pre-sales technical and commercial discussions, and successfully closing profitable projects, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Accountabilities Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities.Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Expand the client base and identify new market opportunities.Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain acceptable profit margins.Pre Sales Technical & Commercial SupportReview project specifications, drawings, and BOQs for bidding and pricing purposes only.Prepare and review pre-sales technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the Technical Office.Conduct site visits for scope definition, technical understanding, and cost estimation.Provide technical clarifications during tender and bidding stages.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all submitted proposals and bids.Follow up on RFQs, RFPs, and quotations until project closure.Client Engagement & Market RepresentationLead technical and commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing activities as required.Monitor market trends, competitors, and applicable standards.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and call reports.Coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams during pre-award stages.Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities and client communications.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.High technical awareness combined with strong commercial sense.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Minimum Required EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical ).Minimum Required ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering.Proven experience in Earthing and Lightning Protection systems .Experience in earthing and Lightning Protection systems ,construction, infrastructure, or electrical projects is preferred.IndustryConstruction / Electrical Systems / Infrastructure
