Senior Sales Engineer

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Identify and target customers across Cement, Mining, Steel, Power Generation, Fertilizer, Ports & Terminals, and Industrial Manufacturing.Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and technical inspections to understand requirements.Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer needs and operating conditions.Prepare technical and commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals.Present technical solutions and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close sales.Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams to support project execution.Maintain strong relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, procurement teams, consultants, and key decision-makers.Develop relationships with OEMs and international suppliers represented by Tech Trade Egypt.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and sales pipeline reports.Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new industrial technologies.Technical KnowledgeExperience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:Conveyor Belts & Conveyor ComponentsBelt Splicing & MaintenancePulleys & IdlersBelt Cleaners & Skirting SystemsDust Suppression / Dry Fog SystemsLoading SpoutsBulk Material Handling EquipmentTransfer Points & ChutesIndustrial Maintenance & Inspection SolutionsBenefits:Sales Commission based on Achieved Targets.Transportation Allowance & Company Car available for business trips when required.Medical insurance.Social insurance.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.7–12 years of sales experience in heavy industry, industrial equipment, or bulk material handling.Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and conveyor systems.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing key customer accounts.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Valid driver's license.Willingness to travel extensively across Egypt and occasionally internationally.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Conveyor Systems, Bulk Material Handling, Mechanical Maintenance, Dust Control Systems, Plant Shutdown Projects, EPC Contractors, or Industrial Engineering Solutions is a strong advantage.
