Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions using SharePoint 2019, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with consulting skills to guide business stakeholders and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing collaboration platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, deployment, customization of SharePoint 2019 solutions (on-prem and hybrid).Develop custom SharePoint solutions including web parts, SPFx extensions, workflows, and integrations using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.Build and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and reports supporting SharePoint and related apps.Design and implement Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) integrated with SharePoint/Dataverse.Automate business processes and approval workflows using Power Automate (Flow).Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports connected to SharePoint and SQL data sources.Ensure proper governance, security, and compliance within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical leadership.Lead workshops, POCs, demos, and end-user training

8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including at least 6+ years in SharePoint (2013/2016/2019/Online).Strong hands-on expertise in:SharePoint development & administration (custom solutions, workflows, integrations).ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SPFx, REST API/CSOM/JSOM, PowerShell.SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, database design, performance tuning).Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI.Excellent understanding of Office 365, Azure AD, and hybrid SharePoint environments.Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
