- Supervising and monitoring the site labor and the work of any subcontractors.
- Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology.
- Planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Handle site-related issues as required.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Coordinate with different Departments to Monitor and control the work progress to ensure that the quality of the work is meeting project specifications.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
