Senior Site Engineer

Manage and supervise all site activities to ensure execution in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedule.Coordinate architectural, civil, and MEP works to ensure smooth project execution and avoid clashes or delays.Lead and manage site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams to achieve project objectives related to quality, cost, safety, and time.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve site issues affecting productivity or schedule.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely approvals and smooth workflow.Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details prior to execution.Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all works comply with approved specifications and company standards.Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor resources.

B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end fit-out and finishing projects.Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and multiple trades simultaneously.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing works, and quality control procedures.Ability to read and review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent command of Arabic and English.
