Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Site Engineers to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Site Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our construction endeavors, translating innovative designs into tangible realities.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job DescriptionHandle all issues related to the assigned area in the project and gather the needed information to implement all activities effectively.Receive the monthly target from the Construction team in order to get the new deadlines for the ongoing project.Manage the sub-contractors and labor in order to ensure they are working efficiently according to the project specs and quality standards.Sign the material request to provide the subcontractors with the needed equipment and materials.Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control.Coordinate with the concrete companies to deliver the needed concrete on time.Send a request regarding the equipment needed to the construction manager.

Required Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD for design interpretation and implementation.Solid foundation and practical experience in Civil Engineering principles.Proven track record in Construction project execution and management.Demonstrated ability in Project Management and Site Supervision.Expertise in Quality Control and assurance processes.Superior Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.A strong commitment to Teamwork and collective success.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in site engineering or a closely related field within the construction industry.Career Level Expectations:This role is perfect for an Experienced professional eager to take on significant responsibilities and drive project success.
