Senior Site Engineer

Overall supervision and coordination with consultants, the development team, and contractors to ensure project completion on time.Ensure that the execution of work is carried out in accordance with the approved method statements.Prepare periodic reports for the Directors of Construction and Development, outlining work progress and providing recommendations to overcome implementation obstacles.Responsible for all finishing activities, including masonry work, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, ceilings, painting, tiling, marble works, flooring, and landscaping.Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.Conduct specified inspections and tests as per relevant inspection and test plans, including assessments of subcontractors' work.Lead site personnel effectively to ensure timely and successful job completion.

Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture (preferably) engineering.5+ years’ experience in site work, especially finishing work.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.Demonstrated experience in developing presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
