Senior Stock Control

Monitor raw materials and finished goods levels to support production.Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure accurate ERP postings.Manage and train stock controllers and storekeepers.Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.Oversee stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.Conduct spot checks, cycle counts, and support stock audits.Prepare and present stock reports to management.Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and internal control standards.Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce stock losses.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control Strong expertise in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.English: Fluent (spoken and written).Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
