Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfilment of open positions.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and recruitment agencies, to attract qualified candidates.Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the market.Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts as needed.Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, working closely with HR and relevant departments.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
