Job SummarySESCO Steel is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing, industrial, or steel fabrication environments and a proven ability to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across multiple functions and levels.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.Source, screen, and interview candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.Develop effective sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer negotiations.Prepare recruitment reports and track recruitment KPIs.Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or steel fabrication companies.Proven experience hiring both blue-collar employees (technicians, operators, welders, fabricators, maintenance staff, etc.) and white-collar professionals (engineers, supervisors, managers, and support functions).Strong experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn recruitment.Experience managing high-volume recruitment projects and mass hiring campaigns.Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor market and recruitment channels.
