Caliteck is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Sales Team Leader to lead our technical sales team and drive business growth in engineering software and technology solutions

Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support the Technical Sales team.Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and close deals.Prepare technical proposals and solution recommendations.Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners.Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Engineering.Proven experience in team leadership.Strong knowledge of engineering software solutions (CAD/CAM/CAE/BIM is a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English and Arabic.
