Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Prepare quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, and finishing works.Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Perform cost estimation based on material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor prices.Prepare technical and financial tender offers.Participate in tender clarification meetings with clients when required.Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.Review project quantities before execution.Verify BOQs and identify discrepancies.Prepare quantity comparison sheets between design and execution.Monitor quantity changes and variations during project execution.Prepare monthly owner payment certificates.Measure executed quantities according to the contract.Coordinate with site engineers on work progress.Follow up on consultant approvals.Track certified and outstanding payments.Review subcontractor payment requests.Verify executed quantities against contracts.Coordinate with site engineers before certification.Prepare subcontractor payment recommendations.Review Purchase Requests (PRs).Verify requested quantities against approved BOQs.Coordinate with the procurement department.Follow up on material delivery schedules.Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications.Review supplier quotations technically before procurement.Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.Review IFC drawings and shop drawings.Resolve quantity discrepancies.Support project execution with technical clarifications.Review contract BOQs.Monitor project variations.Prepare variation orders and additional work calculations.Assist in contractual correspondence related to quantities and payments.

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.Membership of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.5–8 years of experience in construction companies.Minimum 5 years in tendering and technical office.Experience in general contracting projects is essential.
