Senior Tendering Engineer (Civil & MEP)

Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze tender documents for projects in Egypt and KSA.Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs in coordination with supply chain and costing teams.Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Prepare technical-commercial clarifications (non-technical scope).Support preparation of commercial proposals and tender submissions.Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.Coordinate with projects, finance, and supply chain for accurate pricing.Maintain tender records and provide reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or Engineering.3-5 years in tendering, procurement, or supply chain roles.Experience in construction, or steel companies is preferred.Familiarity with procurement processes and cost estimation.Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.ERP and Excel proficiency.Attention to details and ability to work under deadlines.Strong coordination and communication skills.
