Senior Tendering Estimation Engineer - Civil

Review tender documents, including technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and related documents, and identify potential vendors and suppliers.Distribute tender documents to the relevant internal departments (Electrical and Mechanical).Review quantity surveys based on project drawings.Prepare clarifications and queries.Attend clarification meetings with the project owner.Review specifications and prepare a list of suppliers and subcontractors' packages for different project disciplines.Divide the project into packages and issue RFQs to vendors and subcontractors.Prepare cost estimation analyses for all BOQ items (Civil and Architectural).Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and prepare comparison sheets for the rates provided.Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the optimum cost and quality while ensuring that target prices are met in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.Receive and consolidate the final technical and financial quantities and quotations from all internal departments (Electrical and Mechanical).Attend bidding negotiations.Prepare technical offers, including selected material datasheets.Prepare financial offers, including tender summaries.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering & very good English.Strong knowledge of standards, codes, and local regulations.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Revit is a plus.Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and pricing models.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
