Senior Travel Reservations & Operations Executive – Incoming & Outgoing

Wander Wave Tours is hiring a Senior Travel Reservations & Operations Executive with strong experience in GDS, airline reservation systems, and incoming and outgoing tourism operations.Handle domestic and international flight reservations through Amadeus GDS and airline booking systems.Create and manage PNRs, calculate fares and issue tickets.Handle ticket reissues, refunds, voids, cancellations and booking modifications.Review fare rules, baggage allowances and airline policies.Book hotels, airport transfers, transportation, excursions and complete travel packages.Handle incoming tourism arrangements, including accommodation, transfers, tours and supplier coordination.Handle outgoing tourism arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers and international travel packages.Prepare quotations, travel itineraries and booking confirmations.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers.Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable travel options.Follow up on bookings, payments and required travel documents.Resolve urgent booking problems and provide after-sales support.Maintain accurate reservation and customer records.Achieve assigned sales and reservation targets.

Job RequirementsMinimum three years of proven experience in travel reservations and tourism operations.Strong practical experience using Amadeus GDS is mandatory.Experience with major airline reservation systems, airline portals and B2B booking platforms.Strong knowledge of ticket issuance, fare rules, reissues, refunds, voids and cancellations.Proven experience handling both incoming and outgoing tourism operations.Good knowledge of flight, hotel, transfer and tour-package reservations.Good command of written and spoken English.Strong customer-service, communication and sales skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field is preferred.
