Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Treatment Planner to join our growing Implant planning team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced dental professional with a deep understanding of digital implant planning, surgical guide design, and restorative-driven workflows.

You will lead by example—executing complex treatment plans, mentoring junior planners, and ensuring consistent clinical accuracy across all cases.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality implant treatment planning using CBCT scans, intraoral scans, and restorative data.

Collaborate with dentists, surgeons, and lab teams to ensure clinically sound and prosthetically driven plans.

Review and approve treatment plans created by junior planners.

Communicate directly with clients to clarify case details and provide recommendations.

Ensure workflow consistency and adherence to 3Sixty’s clinical standards.

Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Coordinate with the Quality and Operations teams to maintain case accuracy and timely delivery.

Assist in developing protocols and SOPs for new digital workflows.

Stay updated on new technologies, implant systems, and digital planning software.

Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in implant treatment planning or digital dental workflows.

Strong understanding of implant systems, surgical guide design, and restorative principles.

Proficiency with digital planning software (e.g., Atomica, BlueSkyPlan, Real Guide, etc.).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

High attention to detail and ability to handle complex clinical cases independently.

Experience mentoring or supervising a team is preferred.
