Senior UX Designer

Execute design work consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, and customer feedback.

Sketch, concept creation and wire framing, producing sitemaps and user flows, creating clickable prototypes.

Participate in planning usability testing sessions and delivers artifacts for testing.

Using user insight, analytics, best practice, competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

Deliver appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development on time.

Research and share industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences.

Drive and document design standards and patterns across channels and products.

3+ years of experience in UX/UI designStrong proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems)Experience in user research, wireframing, and usability testingHands-on experience with AI tools, including Figma Make, and integrating AI into design workflowsExperience in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Design is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsTeachable with a growth mindsetDetail-oriented with focus on usabilityAbility to work in cross-functional teams (PMs, developers)Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with UX trendsGood command of English (written and spoken)
