Senior UX-UI Product Designer

Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research with enterprise users (data engineers, marketers, analysts) to inform design decisions Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences Create intuitive UX, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for data-heavy interfaces: like Customer 360 profiles, segment builders, identity graph - explorer, Visual Pipeline Canvas (drag-drop interface) and analytics dashboards etc, using FigmaLeverage AI design tools (Claude Design, Stitch, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration cyclesDesign complex interaction patterns: rule builders with nested logic, multi-step wizards, real-time preview systems, and visual query builders Architect and maintain the Design System — tokens, components, patterns, themes and documentation Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, token-aligned implementation in a React + Tailwind + shadcn-based stack Use user feedback, data, and product strategy to inform design decisions Participate in roadmap discussions and cross-functional planning Establish UX patterns for real-time data display, streaming updates, large dataset visualization, and loading/error/empty states Design accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1 AA) meeting enterprise compliance requirements

Must Have:5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and Figma Experience with creating and scaling modern design systems and component libraries across multiple products or teams A strong portfolio showcasing depth in UX thinking and high-quality visual execution User research experience: interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, translating insights to design Expert Figma skills: auto-layout, component variants, component properties, interactive prototyping, design tokens Strong B2B / enterprise SaaS product design experience Define information architecture for multi-product portal with unified navigation and role-based experiences Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills Designing for accessibility-first (WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA)

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycleNice to Have: Graphic design / visual illustration skills Experience with AI-assisted design tools: Claude Design, Stitch, Figma AI Familiarity with React component libraries, Tailwind CSS, or shadcn/ui

• Experience designing for AI/LLM-assisted features (chat interfaces, co-pilots, NL query builders)
