Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for staff and leadership.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones and responding to emails.Maintain site supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and services.Assist with document management, filing systems, and data entry to maintain accurate records.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.Ensure compliance with site policies, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.Willingness to work on-site Monitoring the site facility related to supplies and equipment Ability to create and maintain and update budget record for all supplies etc..
3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or a related administrative role.2 years of experience in Construction field is must.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Experience managing schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
