Site Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the timely delivery of construction works while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.Review technical drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.Conduct site inspections and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Verify quantities executed and support project documentation and records.Monitor material usage and site resources to optimize project performance.Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.3–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Good understanding of quality control and HSE requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.Immediate availability is an advantage.
