Site engineer

Supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.Monitoring project progress and preparing daily and weekly site reports.Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.Reviewing technical drawings and resolving on-site technical issues.Managing site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets project requirements.Coordinating material deliveries and monitoring inventory on site.Attending site meetings and providing progress updates.Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.3–5 years of site engineering experience (construction or interior fit-out preferred).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of MS Project is a plus).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
