Site Engineer – Architectural / Civil

Supervise and manage daily construction and finishing activities on site.Ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, the technical office, and the consultant.Review drawings and resolve technical or execution issues in coordination with the concerned teams.Monitor project progress and ensure that activities are completed according to the approved schedule.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Inspect completed works before submitting them to the consultant.Follow up on material deliveries and ensure proper use and storage on site.Monitor subcontractors’ productivity, manpower, and quality of work.Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company procedures.Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements for executed works when required.

Strong knowledge of architectural and civil drawings.Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Excel.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.Preferably residing in New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, or nearby areas.????
