Site Engineer (Mechanical)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and organized Site Engineer to supervise the installation and execution of mechanical works on industrial refrigeration and cold storage projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications, maintain quality and safety standards, and support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and installation works.Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.Monitor manpower productivity and equipment utilization.Review construction drawings and identify any technical issues before execution.Report daily and weekly site progress to the Project Manager.Verify quantities executed and assist in preparing progress invoices.Coordinate material deliveries and ensure adequate site inventory.Inspect installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards.Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in mechanical construction projects.Experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, piping, cold rooms, or food processing projects is highly preferred.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Familiarity with project execution procedures and quality standards.Strong communication and coordination skills.Must have a driving license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
