Site Engineer – Supply & Apply (Decorative Finishing Systems)

- Take handover of the site from the consultant or main contractor and confirm it is ready for installation to start
- Receive site deliveries, run the site store, and keep accurate records of all incoming, outgoing, and returned materials
- Track consumption of installation materials (putty, corners, screws, adhesives) and calculate consumption rates against plan
- Work from engineering drawings in AutoCAD and prepare clear execution details for the installation team
- Supervise installation daily for quality and pace, including joint treatment between cornice lengths to achieve a seamless finish
- Verify completed work against the drawings and the project schedule, and flag deviations early
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering work done, issues encountered, and proposed solutions
- Deliver a monthly site review: actual vs. planned installation, updated schedule, and material consumption analysis
- Manage installation subcontractors, including work measurement, payment certificates, deductions, and outstanding dues
- Prepare and submit client invoices and payment certificates, and follow up on collections until the project account is settled
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred)
- 5+ years of site experience in finishing, fit-out, or building-materials installation
- Proven track record in following up on client collections and closing out project accounts
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; comfortable producing structured reports
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality
- Confident communicator and negotiator with contractors and clients
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Professional presence and the ability to represent the company on site
