Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering5–8 years of experience in site management and construction supervision within the real estate or construction industryProven experience as a Site Manager Engineer or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and site management practicesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesGood knowledge of on-site health and safety regulations
