Site Material Delivery Representative

Job Summary:Responsible for delivering materials and supplies to project sites, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, obtaining delivery acknowledgments, and ensuring accurate and timely material distribution according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Receive and review material delivery requests and schedules.Coordinate with the warehouse for material preparation and dispatch.Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to project sites as scheduled.Obtain signed delivery notes and site receiving documents.Verify delivered quantities and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding delivery requirements.Follow up on returned materials and transfer them back to the warehouse when required.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and material movements.Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements during transportation and delivery.Provide regular updates on delivery status and site requirements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.1–3 years of experience in deliveries, logistics, warehouse operations, or construction/industrial projects.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle documentation and delivery records accurately.Valid driving license (if applicable).Familiarity with project site operations and material handling procedures is preferred.
