- Review shop drawings and compare them with the design drawings.
- Prepare the required quantity take-offs for materials and equipment.
- Review work requirements for equipment and materials and prepare the necessary purchase requests.
- Assist the Construction Manager in developing the procurement plan according to the project schedule.
- Assist the Construction Manager in preparing the manpower and equipment requirements plan.
- Receive materials delivered to the project in accordance with the project specifications and submit them to the consultant for approval.
- Monitor and supervise the execution of mechanical works within the approved budget and according to the required quality standards.
- Hand over completed mechanical works to the consultant engineer upon completion.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in mechanical construction projects, including plumbing, drainage, and utility networks.
- Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards.
- Experience in quantity surveying, material take-offs, and cost control.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and material submittals.
- Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
