Site Planning Engineer

Monitor and track project progress, preparing detailed progress reports.Delegate tasks and ensure team members receive proper guidance and feedback.Follow up on Operation & Maintenance (O&M) tasks and related expenses.Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and project team members.Assist in preparing and tracking the Preventive Maintenance (PM) master plan for water plants.Conduct KPI inspection visits to evaluate performance and compliance.Ensure all projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.Develop and prepare analysis sheets and periodic performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.Overall graduation grade of Very Good.Excellent command of English.Willingness to travel for work.Valid driving license.Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and logical reasoning skills.Strong multitasking abilities.Excellent computer proficiency.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Technical reporting skills.Experience with SAP ERP and water desalination is preferred.
